Source of Information:

The data displayed in this app is obtained from the eCourts API. We do not generate the court data ourselves; we merely present it as provided by the API.

  • App: To access and utilize the App’s features, you will need to be added by the law firm’s administrator. The administrator may provide us with your name, contact information (email address, phone number), and potentially other relevant details necessary for case association.   • Website: You may provide information through contact forms, email subscriptions, or other interactive features on our Website, such as your name, email address, phone number, and any information you choose to share regarding your legal needs.
    

• Case Information (App Only): The App utilizes APIs to access case information directly from the websites of District Courts, High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India. This information may include CNR numbers, case details, hearing dates, court orders, and other publicly available information related to your legal cases. We do not directly store or modify this information; we merely display it within the App for your convenience.
  

• Device Information (App Only): We may collect information about the device you use to access the App, including the device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.  
  

• Usage Information: We may collect information about how you use the App and Website, such as the features you access, the time and duration of your sessions, and any errors that may occur. This information is used to improve the App and Website’s performance and user experience.
